If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 12 hours of making their purchases. We do not accept changes of orders outside the 12 hours window because our orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment and logistics for processing the next morning. 

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after their orders are shipped.
 
If you made a mistake with your order details or shipping address. Please send us an email to help@dubaiallstar.com or Whatsapp And we will gladly assist you if the order has not yet been shipped.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you received an item that is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. please contact us instant after receiving your order.
 

If you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email / Whatsapp us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging with the courier to get your correct one shipped out next hours.

We can only offer you free replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:


Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. 

We sent the wrong item – size, style, color.

After you pay the courier, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
