DUBAI ALL STAR is providing the service of “Cash on Delivery"(“COD”) to the Buyers which help them to escape from the ambiguity of using the credit card and debit card at the time of online purchasing. This is an alternative method offered in addition to existing payment options as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of this Website. The Buyer will pay the Order amount to our courier partners at the time of actual delivery, rather than paying in advance. The advantage of this Cash on Delivery is that no online money transfer is required and the purchasing is made more comfortable to the Buyers.

All capitalized terms in this document shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions of this Website. Dubaiallstar.com may make changes in the Policies for Cash on Delivery from time to time as and when needed and the same will be notified in the Website

PROCEDURE FOR PLACING THE ORDER AND ITS CONDITIONS

Placing an order using Cash on Delivery payment option is simple as follows:.

Buyer has to identify and select the products from the enlisted items available with Cash on Delivery option.
Add the same to shopping cart..
Enter their Name, Address, Phone Number during the time of Checkout.
After placing the Order, our Service Executive will contact the Buyer within 24 hours for confirming the Order.
Subsequently Order number is generated and the same will be forwarded to the mail ID of the Buyer confirming the Order and the tentative delivery date.
Alternatively, the Buyer can also contact our Customer service in the contact number provided in the Terms and Conditions of this Website for confirming the order.
The shipping process will start only after getting the confirmation from the Buyer.
Estimated time of delivery is 1 working day, Except Western Area and Remote zones From 2-5 Days.

CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY

Buyers can avail Cash on Delivery facility for those items that are available for purchase with COD payment option
Cash on Delivery is available on all products.
Buyer will have to pay the Order amount to our courier partner at the time of delivery.
Cash on Delivery service is available only in UAE.

The courier company will contact the Buyer so as to confirm the delivery date and time. The Buyer should ensure being available at the time of delivery along with the transaction amount in cash.
There might be a change of delay in delivery of the COD orders since the courier will need to coordinate with the Buyer to deliver the item in the convenient time of the Buyer. If there is any change in delivery time, it will be informed to the Buyer by the Courier service.
The Buyer cannot open the courier package before handing over the payment to the courier agent.
If the Buyer fails to accept or take delivery, the return courier charges have to be paid by the Buyer.
If the Buyer rejected the consignment without any valid reason or failed to make the full payment, the Buyer account will be disabled for the privilege of Cash on Delivery and further transactions can be done only through the online payment.
